Orders:

1. How do I place my order from the wish list?

Head over to wish list and proceed to check out. You will find the option to check out. 

2. What happens if an item is out of stock?

We do our best to maintain accurate product availability. Occasionally items are ordered but go out of stock before they can be shipped. Inventory is fluid and changes frequently throughout the day.

If an item is out of stock, the warehouse will notify us after shipping all in-stock items. In some cases we may be able to send the out of stock item from a different warehouse where it is available. Please note that additional shipping charges will apply. If this is the case, we will contact you via email to ask how you would like to proceed.

If the item is completely out of stock, we will issue a credit to your account. You will receive an automated credit notification with notes detailing which item you were credited for.

3. Did you receive my order?

If you successfully submit an order, an order confirmation email will be sent to your email address on file (Please check your spam folder if you do not see your email confirmation).

You will also be able to view the order in your Order History.

If you do not see your order in your account, we did not receive it successfully.

4. How do I cancel an order?

Once an order has been submitted to the warehouse, it is usually not possible to make changes or cancel.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately via email at cs@sheetsoptional.com with your order number. 

If it is not possible to cancel your order in time you may Refuse the shipment.  

To refuse a shipment, simply inform the carrier when they attempt to deliver to you, or take the sealed/unopened shipping box back to the shipping carrier's local office and ask them to Return to Sender. Once the items are back at the warehouse and received, we can issue a credit for the refused products. Please note that if the shipping box has been opened, the carrier will not accept it and it is no longer possible to refuse the shipment.

Should you refuse a shipment, please contact us via email so that we can alert the warehouse.

Shipping & Returns:

1. Will my order be discrete ?

Yes, all orders are shipped in plain mailers or boxes. Return labels are nondescript and usually say "Returns Department." All packing slips are generic and do not mention any company information or pricing.

You can be confident that your orders will be shipped discreetly! 

2. How do I track my order?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation  with your tracking number. You can also view your tracking information any time by going to My Account, then Order History. 

You can track your order using the carriers' websites, linked below.

(*Please note that tracking may take at least 24-48 hours after shipment to show updates online).

3. When will my order ship?

The warehouses need at least 1 to 2 Business days to process orders, and the majority of orders are shipped in this time frame.

Please note that during the winter holidays, the processing timeframe may be longer. 

4. What are the shipping charges?

Shipping charges within Canada and the United States are charged at a flat rate of $40.00/order. 

Free shipping is offered to all orders over $200.00 and can be selected at the time of confirming your order details. 

Payment:

1. What payment forms do we accept ?

You can checkout using all major credit cards accepted through PayPal. 

2. What if my payment goes though but order is not placed ?

Normally, this does not happen since we monitor the activity throughout.
